The IRS is going to get their money, no doubt about it. I think it is funny how people that make money always try to cheat the government. I think Barry Bonds done the same thing.

 

Is he going to prison?

 

His sentence is for 36 months. Thats pretty high, imo. He'll probably do 6-12 months and will obviously be paying the IRS some hefty back taxes.

He OWED 14,000,000. He should serve some time. I'll be the farm he wont be there for 3yrs though.

3 years for back taxes is just crazy....when people STILL get probabtion for there 3rd DUI, or get lighter sentences for being a freaking pedophile or a murderer you know something is smelling in Kansas...the system puts more importance on money than on our children and people's lives...
