I bought Kikkoman soy sauce for the little glass bottle. Since the little bottle ran out, I have been buying larger bottles of different brands to re-fill with. The last kind a bought was called China Lily I think (it wasn't that good). The other day I bought Rooster Brand mushroom flavour.

Any recommendations of what brands are good?

 

La Choy. That's just what they have more of...it's good enough for me.

I recommend Mekong Seasoning Sauce (since it's one of our warehouse products xD).

 

Golden Mountain, can be found at most asian markets.

 

i use Kikkoman, but i dunno... not to pleased with it all the time.

 

Ugh. Kikkoman sucks. Pretty much any brand is better.

I bought a big bottle (says 562 ml, I think...) of Mushroom Soy Sauce for $1.49 at a local Asian market and it is incredible. I'd tell you the brand but I can't read Chinese.
