Being in the food biz... here's what I use...

Kam Lan Soy - dipping vegetables.
Pearl Bridge Light - cooking, steaming fish
Pearl Bridge Mushroom Soy - fried rice
Maggi Seasoning - fried eggs and steak
Maggi Seasoning (France) - dipping sauce.
Kikkoman (red cap) - dipping sushi or for udon.

I've never heard of Soy Sauce on eggs.
I put Ketchup or Frank's Red Hot on my eggs. (That's the honky way )

i'm allergic to eggs but sometimes even i can't resist


i also love scrambled eggs with a LOT of hot sauce, cheese, and salsa. the extra stuff helps me dilute whatever i'm allergic to in egg

oh yeah... the egg yolk needs to be raw, and you place that over steam rice. break the egg yolk over the rice and yum...
