What Brand of Soy Sauce do you use?
Being in the food biz... here's what I use...
Kam Lan Soy - dipping vegetables.
Pearl Bridge Light - cooking, steaming fish
Pearl Bridge Mushroom Soy - fried rice
Maggi Seasoning - fried eggs and steak
Maggi Seasoning (France) - dipping sauce.
Kikkoman (red cap) - dipping sushi or for udon.

i also love scrambled eggs with a LOT of hot sauce, cheese, and salsa. the extra stuff helps me dilute whatever i'm allergic to in egg
