Easiest idea so far.





I'm stumped on what you can really do. Lucky for me, I live in a neighborhood where everyone avoids eachother. My parents tried to be friends with our next door neighbors but they lost their home and a new family moved in. I avoid everyone in my neighborhood.
The most I've ever said/done to/with any of my neighbors would be a quick "hi" or wave.

That's the sad thing, more and more Americans don't have that sense of "neighborhood" anymore. Everyone lives in a cocoon and doesn't want to befriend their neighbors.

In our development we've tried, the ones that are friendly are the older 50+ generation. Those in our age range 30+ prefer to be left alone and don't even exchange pleasantries.

in our neighborhood everyone knows everyone and were all friends except for the trash that moved in

get a local neighborhood kid to play in the trash heap, if they get injured, they can sue and acquire the property as they probably lack in other assets, then clean up the newly acquired property
