Im 27 with my own duplex I rent out and no kids.

I went to school for auto repair and was a tech for 3 months, but found out doing oil changes blows when I had the skills to build cars. I was at a dead end job for 2 or so years until my uncle saw my mechanical skills while building cars for people within my community.

I was at my last job for 5 years learning the basics of plastic injection molding and getting a free 4 year apprenticeship at a local tech college through my employer. I recently quit and was able to find a better employer with a 20k a year increase in base pay. I plan to stay here at least until my girlfriend of 3 years finishs school at uw-madison for Pshycology followed by a few years of law school. Then I hope to retire early and raise our kids as a stay at home dad, or until I need money for race car parts on my s2000.
