You guys are on the east and west coast. where demand is much higher and supply. It seems like you are trying to sell something in order to buy something. Dealeship in the mid-west is a lot nicer. My local dealership have a pretty good envirment. Sales people do not rush you, and always always follow up all the calls they get. I like them a lot, too bad, they are just a little bit small.

A guy at my son's day care just bought one. I much prefer the E36 M3. The new one has bulked out way too much. The engine and the engine note is nice but now it looks like a muscle car on steroids -- it's lost its sleekness. I much prefer the M5.

One of the cars on my BMW Wish List. The other is the Z8. With the Z8 being first and M3 being second and no other BMW in sight.

I also have a Porsche Dream Wish List with the Carerra GT on top

Most realistic though is just to get the new Acura NSX 2002 or 2004.

Jimmy -

Thanks for the link. The FAQ is just too damn long. I will finish it and see if I can test drive one from the dealership before I commit myself. You know, that STi is coming soon as well.

STi <--- Subaru Impreza WRX STi (6 speed, all wheel drive, 280HP)

The clutch on the S2000 is so light and short. I remember I have a hard time converting back and forth from BMW and Honda. Although, Mine is a sports package. It was stiff to begin with, and I got LTW flywheel and M3 clutch that makes it even heavier. I like the heavier clutch feel. I don't like how S2000 clutch engages. My clutch padel just got too much play and loose.

I would love to get a new M3 with SMG, like Loki. Unfortunately, I don't really want to spend that much money on the car.
