Those X and S types are both build on ford platforms one of those global deals. I never felt that either one of them was a true Jag.

Ford is having a real problem lately with retaining value. For example on a truck (which usually holds its value) on a 2 year lease would have a residual of about 54%

 

according to a Ford used car manager he said the X-Type or S Type will drop $10k every year until the value levels out. he encourages me to get rid of the car as soon as possible.
