Just brousing through the MLS listing... what do you think of this home?
It would be a first home for me out of college. Me, single, 2 of my roommies would move with me from our current place.

Wow, that looks nice! That looks like it'd be an awesome first home after getting out of college. How much are they asking? I'd kill to get a place like that here in California. I've been out of school for several years now and still can't afford my own.

a little remodeling of the inside from that vintage stuff to new young stuff will look awesome and BTW the backyard looks greeatt.

Great place and love the deck and the trees on the lot. Kitchen needs some help. When was it built? Are the floors in good shape?

I like it. Not to be rude, but what are they asking for it? Around here, depending on the neighborhood, I would expect 105-200K. Curious about other parts of the country.

I like it, especially for a house, looks sweet.. I'd remodel the inside though to accomodate for 3 guys just out of college, make it a lil more modern... The Deck is awesome though, good for throwing parties.
