That's pretty old, but some older houses, if well maintained are really nice, and have that vintage type, historic look to them

2 car garage around back I went and looked at it last night, the masonary looked very very good, foundation did not seem to have any cracks in it.

There are 2 huge trees hovering overhead. One is a tall pine tree which doesn't concern me, the other is something else with fairly big limbs.. during a Big storm that could be a concern...


I'm also concerned about the plumbing, the house was built in 1947... I haven't looked at the inside of it yet, i'll keep you posted.
