So my gf's b-day is on March 21st and I still have not come up with any plan yet. Been really busy also... I'm just wondering... what do you guys typically buy for your gf? We've been dating for 3 years and I don't know what things I haven't given her. Clothes don't work cuz I don't know if she likes/fit it or not. Jewelries sound just boring and I've given plenty. I mean I'm not very creative here but seriously what are some of the interesting things you guys recommend?

 

glues some cherioes to a peice of construction papper spelling out your love to her. or something cute or whatever means something between you and her. this will take care of the "thoughtfull" portion of the gift.
then have a follow up of a box of candy or something regular. a card with flowers and teddy bear, whatever. this takes care of the i'm-not-a-cheap-and-lazy-bastard-thats-why-your-gift-is-cereal-glued-to-paper portion of the gift.

 

Well luckily I'm going on vacation w/ my g/f to the Dominican Republic in May, so I got her swimming with dolphins last week for her birthday. She's been wanting to do that her entire life, and I'm the man thats making it happen. Find something like that if you can and she will be all over you.

My g/f is a gamer so I took her out to a nice dinner AND bought her a game for her DS.

 

Can always go with birthstone. A nice aquamarine set of earring or something. Then for the next few years could add other peices to her collection.

My GF's been looking for guitar hero for the Wii, but shops were always sold out. Found it a few days ago by chance and bought her that, she was pleased.

A gift like this is pretty cheap... if she's a gamer and into things like this
