I won $1600 playing blackjack in Vegas over X-mas.

I haven't won anything substantial. Tho, like geekd, I won $3K in about 30mins of blackjack at MGM in Vegas. Had a dealer bust 14 times in a row and not win a single hand in the entire shoe. Guy next to me walked away with like $15K. Finding that table at 3am should count for something! Of course, the boss shut it down as soon as the shoe was finsihed.

A college friend of mine got married, had a kid, lost his job, and on the verge of losing everything won the Wisconsin Lotto, $1.5M. And my cousin won a $10K bingo pool at Onieda in Green Bay.

 

what did they do with the $1.5M? Hopefully they invested it and are still living off it....... I love watching when people buy new cars for everyone with their $1M of winning and end up bankrupt in 18 months...... duh....
