Call the cops, say he barged into your house (tresspassing), tried to swing at you (missed) and said he was going to murder you.

Then get a restraining order of 500 yards....this will cause him and his dumb girlfriend to move.
Hell be in jail for a few months at least if he acts up in front of the cops.

I have done this before, and yes it works. Hell have to spend a boatload of money to get lawyers try to get out of it. If you want.....call the cops...and repeat the scenario.

Read in your profile that your in Russia might make things a lil harder. Not sure how the police system works over there but probably not as efficient as the U.S. so police might not work. Ever try Martial arts? Lots of guys may be big but believe me a few skillful kicks to the chin head or knees can take them out no problem. If you don't have the time then go ahead and buy a 9mm since I'm sure guns are pretty available over there. Def watch out for your car though, I'm sure thats target #1. Next time your cat gets out and you have to chase him/her out, take a camera with you. Take pictures as you're chasing the cat through the bushes. Make sure to use the flash. That way, if this guy comes charging at you again, you may be in the bushes at 2 am, you may be outside some paranoid chick's window, but at least you'll have a camera in hand to. . . wait, nevermind, bad idea.

Honestly, just ignore this retard. The chances of him doing anything drastic are pretty low (all show, no go). Still, report him to either the complex manager or the police to create a record of his threatening you. Finally, a swift kick to the nuts or a chop to the throat pretty much stops people in their tracks, so long as you have the resolve to actually do it.

Hey thanks you guys. All of you made me feel a whole lot better. I really don't care about this POS bastard anymore. If this asshole so much looks at me the wrong way, I will notifiy the police. And in the spirit of the Who Got Beef thread, I've spoken to a few of my larger friends... You know, just in case. I'm a very peaceful person, though

And I don't really know about the girlfriend, wasn't paying too much attention to her. It was late and I didn't want to break eye contact from the guy for even a moment. I don't think she was ugly or anything, but nothing to write home about.

I will post any updates if there is any, but I think this is over for now.
