What kind of .45 should I get (Part II)?

The best thermonuclear device right now (for concealed carry) has to be the Nuke .50, "micro" nuclear .50 cal round. Available from Birdman Weapons Systems http://www.birdman.org/products/Nuke50.htm

Yes...I was initially shopping for a USP Tactial.

I got turned away from it after not being able to find it at the last gunshow and being quoted an internet price of $950.00 + shipping + ffl charges.

So, instead I decided to buy a 1911 and modify it.

I will search for a USP Tactical in the future.
I picked mine up at a gun show for $900. I only found two at the last table I went to. I almost bought an AR-15 instead.

Yes, you can get them. They run around $800-$1800 depending on caliber and materials used to make the weapon. The $1800 one I saw was a titanium .50 cal.

naishou,

I feel your pain (yeah right), but this is the wrong thread to voice your opinion about firearms...start your own!

I have a Kimber Ultra Carry, it is the nicest shooting and most accurate pistol I have ever fired.

As for the dude from Oz...

Cars kill people. True. But is it their design intent or do they have another purpose? Do guns have a purpose other than killing people? I believe not.
I'm afraid you're wrong, guns do have a purpose other than killing people. Some of us kill animals with our guns. Shotguns were invented to hunt birds, not people.
