Default WHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO WORK OUT

well i try to work out everyday and eat right, it is an off and on thing. It has been i think about 2 weeks going through healthy diets, breakdancing as part of my cardio and working out sessions.

- I was wondering what keeps everyone motivated to be in shape and what are the best technique in getting abs and a rip back..?

- what motivates me is making my ex g/f feel like shit, because of some bullshit that came through and i just hate her... i go through stages where i get either thicker or slimmer but for some reason i dont grow so yea... i can say i got an athlete / average body

I have enough pent up anger to last me many work out sessions. Once I hit the gum it's like tunnel vision.

I'd like to be on the receiving end of more oral sex.

/shrug It's true.

When you start to see results it boosts your confidence. IF you say you already have a high self esteem or a lot of confidence, then just think what a nice looking body will do.

The satisfaction of knowing I'm stronger than a guy twice my size that doesn't work out (true in most cases).

Gives a goal to meet. Takes a lot of dedication.

www.bodybuilding.com is a place I frequent. It's a great place to learn.

I work out first thing in the morning at least 4 times a week because it keeps me energized throughout the day. My body and mind feel much better and I like being in shape.

I can run longer if there is a cutie in front of me with nice buns and her hair pulled into a pony-tail swinging side to side.
