well i try to work out everyday and eat right, it is an off and on thing. It has been i think about 2 weeks going through healthy diets, breakdancing as part of my cardio and working out sessions.
- I was wondering what keeps everyone motivated to be in shape and what are the best technique in getting abs and a rip back..?
- what motivates me is making my ex g/f feel like shit, because of some bullshit that came through and i just hate her... i go through stages where i get either thicker or slimmer but for some reason i dont grow so yea... i can say i got an athlete / average body

I workout sporadically here and there because there just a lot of things goal wise I'd like to improve that I change up a lot. I am not motivated by getting swollen big or buff at all. So my workouts are more sporadic for the moment or leading up to an important game where my performance matters or something that i need to prepare for in a particular sport be it in basketball(vertical jumps and ball handling), football(quickness), or soccer(endurance).
I find that the more you do it the more your body recovers and responds to workouts pretty quickly...in a short amount of time I see results after dedicating some time at a particular goal that I want from my workout routines.
I'm motivated by vanity, plain and simple, I want to look better, health is about number 29 on my list. Take pictures every couple months, seems like a silly thing when you start, but it's VERY motivating later on... really shows you the improvement you've made.
Keep at it, eventually it will become a lifestyle and you'll enjoy going, even feel bad on days you skip.
