my bicycle costs as much as some motorcycles, i guess that counts
I think I'm slowly moving in that direction too.

Currently I split my time(and money) between my Litespeed and my Bianchi.

Sorry for the quality of the pic. The watch is a Rolex Daytona stainless steel. My favorite
baby stuff for my new born daugther such as a lil wash tub that has lil jet which makes it like a spa. And overpriced foods like mediterean food.

[QUOTE=smurf2k,Dec 6 2007, 11:47 AM] technically youve lost money because the appreciated net worth is unrealized (until you sell), but you've had to pay higher taxes in the mean time

Higher taxes?

I'm paying 10% of my purchase price. How's by you?

The point is, what I paid for 1350 sq. ft. is overpriced. . . for Montana. . . but I'm not in Montana.
youre paying a fixed price? not on the price annually appraised by the city?

guess its (property tax) cheaper in california, anyway... in texas there are no state taxes so they recoup with revenue through inflated property tax (which follows that they appraise artificial prices)

Car parts, two in particular a new ASM CF Ram Air Cleaner, and new Mugen CF hardtop.

Wife's 3 carat, with a 1 carat on each side of it. Also a 2 carat necklace and matching 1 carat earrings. Prices on diamonds are fixed...

$24.50 Mugen license plate bolts. It's just two metal hex bolts with the 'mugen' writing engraved. It's such an over-priced item i don't know why i bought it
