Given the price, relative sportiness and surprising level of utility -- the CRX.

I am regretting trading my 91 CRX Si for the S2000. I should have bit the bullet, canceled a couple magazine subscriptions and kept the CRX when I bought the S2000.

Evolved? Blasphemy. I love the CRX, and I love the S2000 -- but there is no genetic path following to or from either of these. 1st to 2nd generation CRX are clearly the same cars, evolved, with the same design intent.

Nobody I have ever met on any import board for one minute felt that the del Sol was the "3rd gen CRX" no matter WHAT they were calling it around the rest of the world.

The CRX is a two-seater sporty hatchback. The S2000 is a two seater convertible. The del Sol is neither.

Autocross a del Sol and you'll eventually break the back window while cornering hard. Sure, its a Honda, and I am sure it is otherwise built well and may be fun to drive, but...THAT is Honda's Miata. Its cute and small and feminine.

Don't get me wrong, the S2000 is a great car and i hope i am not going to get a bunch of flame posts back now, but it just lacks a little something.

Opinions vary!

I agree with you on the CRX.
I'll cut you some slack on the S2000 because I'm out of gas for my flame-thrower.

I'd have to say the NSX!
It reminds me of a Ferrari
