Default When do you leave negative feedback?

So I purchased an AUT cooling plate from a power-seller on Ebay back on May 23. On may 28th I asked for a tracking number, and got no reply. I asked again yesterday, and he never replied. I went to file a dispute with paypal, at which point I found that he already updated the transaction with a tracking number- he sent it out on June 4, twelve days after I paid.

Considering he left me in the dark for 2+ weeks, without returning emails, AND took twelve days to ship an item he claimed to have "in-stock", would I be wrong to leave negative feedback?

Of course, I'm sure he'll leave some sort of BS negative feedback for me in return, even though I paid 2 minutes after buying the item and gave him two chances to email me back.

i deal on ebay alot with work and you are right. they'll just leave some bs negative back to you which in turn makes your feedback go down. just leave good feedback and just say in the comments "shipping was slow, but i at least received it and it was ok" and be done with it.

As long as you have enough positive feedback, don't worry about getting some negative feedback - you can comment on it and state that the seller was upset you left negative feedback. Most people don't care about feedback as long as its in the 90s imo.

In your case however, I'd leave neutral feedback and say shipping took too long and communication was poor.

wait for the 90 day mark right before he cannot reply to you, and send him a neutral - for taking 12 day to ship and poor communication

this is wat i do. set a reminder on your phone wait til last day and leave him a negetive feedback. all sellers should ship out the units within 3 days i think that should be the rule. cuz when i order stuff i get excited and i want it now damn it!
