Where to get a High-Def Monitors?

Everything will display appropriately on a 1920x1200 monitor. i.e. 1920x1080 content will be displayed with black bars on top and bottom. DVDs will be displayed with black bars, etc, etc.

I don't see why you would want to skimp out on screen height considering its a computer monitor first, and a video display second. You will be losing space for games, for programs, etc... and you won't be gaining anything in return.
