Where in the S2K land is Rick's??
I will like to know if anyone else is having problem trying to get in contact with Rick's Accessories. Does anyone know if he still in business??
I tried to get the status of my order by sending some email messages and I haven't got any responses. That is really strange.

As I understand it, running Rick's Accessories is not Rick's full-time job. He's sometimes slow to get back to you because he may be out of town for his real job, or something like that. I've purchased from him and been here long enough to know that his reputation is stellar, and he never leaves a customer unsatisfied. Give him a little time, and you'll hear from him.

I read this sort of thing quite a few times in the past. It seems that Rick does finally see the post on this forum and he is surprised that the customer was even trying to get a hold of him. It's possible and likely that the email address that you (and many others) got is incorrect. Have you tried to pull up his forum profile and try to use that email plus duplicating your message in a PM to him? Or find one of his posts and use the email and/or PM button in his post to reach him. Search for "Rick Hesel". I have always reached him in this manner.

For the record, I do have his correct email address and I'm not in any shape or form I question Rick's reputation. IN fact I had purchase from him in the past and received great service.
He always responded and mailed my merchandise in a timely manner in the past. I just thought that something may had happened to him. But again thanks for the information.
