Who's into weighlifting?
I lift 4 times a week as well... I am in pretty good shape... I love my body... MY GOD... I LOVE ME...
anyways... I stopped taking creatine some years ago when I was in HS... rather just gain it naturally
Right now I have an alright chest and abs... but I want to get ripped... and a bigger back... and work on my legs some more... mannnn I love to excerise... just relaxes me sometimes... put my anger into the work out

I rotate every other day... run/lift/run/lift/run/lift...etc.
But the lift days rotate as such: back/chest/shoulders/back/chest/shoulders...etc.
I try to eat mainly pork and tuna since these meats are the lowest in fat/cholesterol and high in protein. In addition I like to take champion nutrition's weight-gainer 900.

I'm taking celltech right now. This thing does wonders to your work out. I'm able to increase my intensity and sustain my strength for longer periods of time. My recommendation is to take this consistently, even if you have an off-day. Creatine is about absorption so if you skip a few days here and a few days there, you'll never fully absorb the creatine and reap the benefits. From my experience, it takes approximately 3-4 weeks to fully absorb, but if you skip a few days within that time frame, you're basically wasting your money. But if you do it right and religiously, you'll look more round from water rentention and you won't get tired from you're workout. I suggest buying your Celltech from dpsnutrition.com. They sell the 7 pounder for $53 where other retailers sell it for $80.
I took Heavyweight Gainer 900 a few years ago. This works very well for putting on pounds but it can be kind of thick and hard to digest. It wasn't too kind to my stomach if you know what I mean. There are other alternatives that are lighter in consistency but do not taste as great. It's pretty much a trade-off. I'm currently taking Maxmuscle Primomax meal replacement. It tastes great, and all you have to do is shake it up in your bottle shaker - no need to use a blender. Plus it has 40g of protien per serving.
I'm on a year-round bulking up phase. Basically, I can lose weight very very easily so I spend my time trying to gain weight rather than cutting up, which I can do in less than 1 month w/ proper dieting and cardio. It all depends on what your goals are and what 's harder for you. I'd like to be big so I spend my time bulking up and it's the more difficult thing for me to do. Save the easy stuff for the end. That's my philosophy.

What about loading (taking 2 servings a day for the first 5 days)? A couple of my friends have told me to load, as does almost every creatine product, but today the nutritionist at GNC told me not to load. That it's just a bunch of shenanagans from the companies to get you to buy more (after the loading stage, you basically have only a week or 2 left of the product). He told me that since CellTech has 10g of creatine, and that the body can only absorb 10g of creatine a day, that the extra serving won't be absorbed. What do you think?
I'll make sure to stick to it for the whole time, but how long should I stick to it (minimum)? Is a month enough, or should the minimum be two??
The sales guy at GNC also said that he should be getting a water pill in soon. It just expels all the water under the skin and gets you cut faster. Any Info?? He told me just to drink water while taking that or else you can get dehydrated. (I would only take the water pill after finishing the creatine phase)
I'm also taking Isopure (50g) Protein now (since I don't want to gain more weight with a weight gainer), and amino acids. It's still good to take them, right?
