Who's into weighlifting?
thai. in no holds barred fighting.... everything applies so thai is the best way to practice. thai is also for good inside practice, once you get close you can either take down or do some thai style knees or elbows. As far as it being alot of cardio.... I sleep enough and eat like a horse so i don't really ever get worn out from it.

No competitive thai boxing videos. My best skills are in submissions. HAHA, I know what you mean about tae kwon do, but tae kwon do gives you alot of experience with kicking, which is important because a kick hurts alot more than a punch. (trust me.) But muay thai is something you can never regret practicing, because it is realistic. So many(90%) times in street fights (which i never get into- for me to fight, is like bringing a gun to a knife fight.) people will grab you. From there it's your ability to be able to strike them with a short knee or elbow or do a throw move like suplexing or a standard judo hip wheel throw. Anyway, I'm getting too technical but Muay Thai is what all the UFC guys (the good ones atleast!) know and you won't regret having atleast some knowledge and practice with Thai boxing.
I do compete. It's a midwest circuit called Reality Submission Fighting. It's not the UFC, but it's not for bar brawlers that think they are tough.... we've had a few of those and they just get PUNISHED!!
is there anything that i can take to help me get rid of some flub? im not looking for a miracle to replace running, but i want to make the best use of the time i put into runs. a long time ago i took ripped fuel, but i always felt as though i couldn't hold my hand steady and i also noticed my patience and mood was a bit on the short side. any suggestions?
thanks,
richard

I have a nutritionalist in the family, and trainers. I have tried everything under the sun. I have taken, and still take Creatine. I also am a huge advocate for Ephedrine, it has worked wonders for me. I started at 215 with 30+ percent body fat, and I am now 175 with 10% body fat. I have also tried Andro, but it made me break out. My workout goes like this.
Everyday : 30 minutes cardio
Every other day : at least 500 crunches
Monday : Chest, triceps, because these both involve the same pushing motion
Tuesday : Back and Biceps, because these both involve pulling motions
Wednesday : Shoulders, I like delt workouts alot, and they involve mose of your arms to get these in.
Thursday : All legs
Friday : Heavy Abs, streching, extra cardio, basketball 2 hours
Saturday : Basketball 2 hours, swimming 1 hour
Sunday : Raquetball 2 hours, swimming 1 hour
All days : sauna 20 minutes
