Your answer should be "Because that's what some women like." There are those of us who have neither the time nor the inclination to put with losers. The girl who called you back to apologize is an idiot, IMO. There are too many men out there to put up with crap like that. No offense, of course.
You guys out there should be suspect if you treat a woman like crap (and I'm not referring to any kind of physical abuse) and she takes it---there's something wrong with her. It takes a loser to put up with a loser.

I think the more you degrade a woman, the more she feels she has done something wrong or that she is inferior. Thus, she spends her time trying to justify her ficticious shortcomings to those who degrade her. If you want a woman to want you, live by these simple rules:

I have been practicing ripping my belt off my waist with one fell swooping action....that usually gets the *bitch* running....
