sounds good...I was just interested in what the market was like in Socal. I've lived in Socal for about 25 years before moving here for work. I may end up back in Socal if the cost of living (mainly home prices) are not ridiculous when my time here in Vegas is done.

Very nice home.

Any concerns with the window on the jaccuzi side? very similar to the
layout of the bathroom of my parents how. They chose to put frosted glass to help. It is not prefect as you can still see outlines and shadows.

Does your home have a basement?

Thanks!

There are a total of 27 windows and we are going to have blinds on them all. It will take a few weeks for the blinds to come in, so we have a temporary ghetto setup.

No basement. Simple 2 story.

Nice home! We had a new Beazer constructed home in Houston when we lived there, and they were top notch in terms of customer service and warranty coverage. Ours came with a 10 year shingle-to-slab warranty, and they even replaced a section of carpet where my dog had chewed/torn the corner up. I told them it was on us as it was not their fault, but they insisted since it was in a "high-traffic" area that they would prefer to cover it. The closing was easy, in fact everything about that home purchase was as smooth as could be.

Enjoy it!

Thanks for all the kind words thus far! I purchased window treatments last night and will have them installed on November 8th or 15th...depending on when the come in. I am getting an estimate tonight for some backyard work.
