congrats on the house!
-liking the back yard, get a effective broad leaf systemic and spray for weeds next hard rain, if you do that type of thing
-the kitchen looks kinda bland, but with those counter tops who can complain.
-the master bath with those windows over the shower looks great

Very nice home. I like the wood you chose for your cabinetry, too... almost identical to mine. If you ever get the "modding" bug for your house, I'd highly recommend getting some wood handrails w/ wrought iron balusters for your stairs. My builder added that upgrade to my house "by mistake" (since I didn't pay for it, but they knew I wanted it) and it's one of my favorite touches to my house.

Congrats! (I know, this thread is a month old, but whatever).

That is a very nice setup on your stairs! We will do something like that eventually, but we are currently in the phase of adding new features to the house and then we'll look at upgrading existing items. We are having California Pools come give us an estimate this Saturday. It wouldn't be until sometime next year that we would have the work done, but we want to start planning out the financial aspect of the upgrade.

Thanks for your kind comments!
