I cannot give the details of what I know, all I can say is I'm just looking for advice on how to obtain the "HARD EVIDENCE" and how to handle it with the Feds who have stepped in. I've given enough details for now, but I'll see how things go.

I see Lips is stalking you! Hey Mark, leave the boy alone, your giving him the he be gee bees.

Schatten, what would you have of verbal value that someone else would want? Are you in trouble with an ex or a girl friend? Are you under investigation for possible wrong doing? There are ways of tapping and micro listening that are far above anything you can buy on the open market. You wouldn't be able to detect them. Only a professional would be able to. Heck, a good electronics man doesn't even have to enter your house to do most of it. Relax, you wouldn't know it if it was happening anyway. Phone tapping can be done from any substation location, terminal outlet, or junction box.

Of course it's also against the law unless there is a court order allowing it, (local, State or Federal).

Thats the beauty of it, there is no hard evidence, unless they can be caught in the act. The only possible evidence would be your voice on a particular digital recording in the possession of someone that didn't have wire tap authorization.

It will cost you around $300 - $500 just to have an specialist do a routine scan. This is just an internal.

Cheers

Jeff

thanks for the humorous response, but if you actually read the message I posted you would have noticed it wasn't for me, and it was quite serious, so your comments were not necessary.

yes, its an inside job, that is why the city and state are NOT invovled. duh.

I have an update but cannot release any further info. thanks for the suggestions, and the 300-500 job, not necessary at all, not at this magnitude.

now... how about cell cloning and targeting incoming calls - any way to find evidence of such?
