She is planning on suing the state....because somehow the state is responsible for the moronic acts of its people.
I can't stand the fact that the owner of the chimp will not own up and take responsibility for this. She is passing the buck to workers compensation insurance...which increases the costs of insurance for all businesses in the state. The woman owns a towing business. You tell me how that relates in any way to a 200 pound chimp. The work comp. insurance company needs to tell this women to go get f@cked. I hope they subrogate against the chimp owner for every dollar paid out to the victim.
