I disagree. What people need to realize is that ALL animals have the ability to attack, however some more so than others. For instance;

Dogs are descendants of wolves and foxes. They have been domesticated over a span of 10's of thousands of years.

Cats over the past 3,000 years or so.

So there is less of a chance of them acting wild and even they attack people.

Now primates? Seriously who's idea was it to domesticate an animal that has twice if not three times the strength of a human? Yeah they are smart and can be trained but they are still wild animals.

Did you know that in the wild chimps conspire to commit rape/kidnapping/and murder? They are also known to cannibalize. And you want that as a pet?
