When I worked out some before(2 years ago) I used to do 2 or 3 exercises for each muscle and it did seem to show results after 3 months. I didn't do it to failure all the time, but only on the last set (maxing out). I saw more bulk a lot more definition. So I guess it's not entirely wrong what he is saying, just more focused.

Guys, IT'S ALL ABOUT MONEY! Why would a complete stranger give a damn about a bunch of other complete strangers over the internet. He's wants you to buy into this product to make a few bucks.
I've got a CREATINE business going. It will make you big and strong. Wanna have some fun, GI? Wanna buy some?

ps. He's already been warned and had one thread thrown in the dumpster for trying to pedal his wares. And he's just had his links removed by the mods in this one. BUYER BEWARE!

You never answered my question, which is probably where our differences lie - what is the purpose of your exercising?

I personally think that "Jogging is more important than just do some free weight excercises"

I run more than 40 mins every 2 days

Tell us about the links you tried to put up that the mods deleted.

You must think people were born yesterday. You hide your "stuff" under the illusion of a "work out thread". Yeah, right!

I get junk mail delivered to my house. I get telephone solicitations every day. People try to get me into Amway and other money making schemes. I see "pop-ups" on damn near every internet site there is. Just like Amway, you hope to make connections here. The more people you get to buy something, the more kick-backs you get. That's how it works, isn't it? I was kidding about me selling Creatine but I know all about it. It's BIG PYRAMID money making scheme in some circles. Fitness buffs are an easy target.

If all you want to do is talk about working out, then fine, BUT, that's NOT what you started out doing here.

This forum is my recreation, my release. I don't need to see someone pedal his non-S2000 related wares here. I get enough of that crap everywhere else.
