I wasn't kidding about that workout regimen, and the only trouble i have with girls is the line running out my door bugs the neighbors. Who needs brawn when brains get me further, AND I can be a slacker stoner toper? How many times, on your way home from the bar, have random women on the street stuffed money in your pants just for removing your shirt? My unfit body pays!!!

Okay "bro" lets get a few things straight:

1. you have been on this site 1 day...you have no senority over anyone here to be saying mean things to anyone.

2. you want to make friends and have people take you seriously, try not dissing out a Moderator of the Site

3. You are in off topic.....and you are posting about something that can have people go off on tangents. Deal with it.

4. The s2k website is a fun place to be....lighten up and have a sense of humor...everyone is nice here....hopefully you are too

and with that said: on people

What kind of results have you got Deegym? Any pics? What about you Powerhouse? I can't seem to be dedicated enough and I have trouble around my mid-section and cardio routines on the treadmill and gliders.

Personally I would like to sculpt my body like Jean Claude Van Damme or Stan Mcquay. Big enough, muscular, and extremely lean.

I think S2kpowerhouse, well actually, I know he is talking about HIT training which works for some, like for example Dorian Yates. Another example of a high volume trainer is Arnold Schwarzenegger. Both look good, both competed in Mr O I believe and they are complete opposite trainers. So what's the X factor besides gear and genetics, it's diet.

Everyone responds differently. DO what works for you. I just think S2kpowerhouse is saying "stimulate, don't annihilate."

I was also having problems with my mid section. I wanted to put on alot of weight to look bigger and like I said b/4 I got bigger but, to me, I looked fat with a shirt off. So I decided to cut up and gave up on gaining all that weight. That's why I started doing cardio for like 25 minutes after each workout for a month. It really helped alot. The reason why I intensified my cardio routine was b/c I had a month until I went to Cancun (that was my motivation). I was also trying to work in crunches after each exercise (for instance, if when I finished flat bench, i would go to crunches, then head to the next exercise). Personally, it's hard to gain weight and maintain a flat stomach. So I have to give up one of the two. I'm pretty content with my size right now, but I would like to get stronger. Then again, this past week, (since coming back from Cancun) I haven't been doing any cardio and have been eating alot. I might try to put on some weight and see if that helps my strength.

I would like to have my body built like 50 cent or LL Cool J. Okay, maybe that has alot to do about genetics. A body that is pretty muscular but not too lean (Brad Pitt). Another person that comes in mind is Edward Norton in American History X. He was pretty buff and lean for that movie.

BTW, S2kpowerhouse, is there an asian dude at the UTA gym throwing up 405lbs on bench like nothing? His name is Sai. He used to be a running back for Texas Tech. Him, Dat Nguyen, and Arch from off topic.net (who works out at my gym) are the biggest Vietnamese dudes I know.
