I talked to MY insurance company and they will gladly pay for my damages and be happy to "teach Progressive" a lesson or two about customer service...gotta love them!! They are really standing behind me and told me that since the other party already admited fault, that it would have NO bare on my policy or rates....yes!!! Progressive, you are going down biaaaaaaaaaaash!

 

I had progressive for about 4 years before buying a house and getting it though a local agent along with home owners...

I had someone who spoke limited english back into me on his way to work. He agreed to pay me cash on the spot. I told him I wanted to call my insurance company. He talked to them on the phone (in spanish) and pretty much fled after that. Progressive came out and gave me $800 for the damages. I fixed most of it (surface paint), and found a $150/off coupon which in reality, it only cost me about $100 to fix.

So thanks progressive for $700 for a new computer!
