Worst opening honors...this'll be a cult film in no time.

 

Can't be the worst movie opening ever. I read an article about a movie (title escapes me) that had all sorts of drama between the production company and the distributor, in the end they released the movie on one screen, for one day. Literally like 57 people saw it, and I'm not sure it even made it to dvd. Damn it, there was someone who's a decently big name in it as well (obviously before they became a name), but it completely escapes me. Might have to spend a little time googling it to amend this post.

I drove by Zzyzx Rd. exit, can't remember if it was between Alberquerque and Las Vegas or if it was between Los Angeles and Vegas.... somebody from that area could correct me.
