I've ran away from a cop once, But i was not in my s doing 130mph. I was in the parking lot with my rav4 drifting around in the snow hehe. I was having fun untill the mall security came after me in the empty parking lot. Then i started making a run for the exit. Then i guess he called the cops and he pulled in. He missed the entrance where i was so he drove down the aisle, while i speed up and drove out. He had one of those regular police ford cars w/e its called. I just jetted in my snow monster!. Not really. lol but i felt gangster =]

Coming to a neighborhood near you soon. I imagine certain state police agencies will have the duty of shaking this bad boy out.

 

To be honest, no i wouldn't run. There's just too many variables (like innocent drivers around you). Or lets say you're doing 130+, hauling ass from the cop and you get a blow out or something. It's not worth risking death over a stupid ticket. I'd rather go to jail for a night or 2 and pay some fines than die.

Also, you'd be surprised what you could get away with if you cooperate and be honest/nice to the cop. i've been caught doing some stupid crap in my other cars, but as long as you dont BS the cop (cops aren't stupid, you usually cant lie your way out of a situation... theyve heard/seen it all) they usually let you off easy.

I was doing 100 on the 110 through the curves in my 240sx and CHP pulled me over. I basically told him I was being stupid and really shouldn't have been driving wrecklessly like that. He wrote me up a ticket for going 75 in a 65. Also didnt write me up for all the non CARB legal stuff on my car I was a stupid kid back then though. I look back and shake my head at all the dumb stuff I did a few years back
