It's just a show car people. I think it's been blown out of proportion. Just an attention getter, and it definitely got some of your attention, didn't it?
i saw that car in daytona last year during spring break... i thought it looked 'neat'. i'm pretty sure thats a 100% trailored show car, and the headlights wont be turned on, nor will it ever be driven on the street (no steering wheel.. that can't be legal )
