If you like one platforms' controller over the other you can use your favorite controller on both consoles by buying the 'controller adaptor'. This nifty gadget lets you plug any controller into any console (Gamecube/PS2/Xbox). That way your thumbs don't have to suffer and you save by not having to buy a bunch of controllers you don't use all the time.
BTW... I don't know how good the adapter is but they sell it everywhere (pretty much) for about $15 if I remember correctly.

I use only cell no lan lines...that is probably why I have not noticed any interence yet....but the stock controller is always there for me if needed......the controller was a gift....I probably would not have bought it my self...but I am glad I have it
