This is an interesting topic, i came over to the US from HK when i was 8 in 97 to "escape the turnover" haha. But i speak english and cantonese perfectly. Its probably because HK was a brit colony for so long that i know proper english and and adopt so many white/euro traditions. Sad thing is, my English and grammar is a lot better than the ABA native white kids.
Like mingster said, i feel stuck in the middle somewhere between FOB and ABC. But since my chinese writing sucks, i am leaning towards the ABC side.
Anyway, i dont know many ppl like me and is hard to relate things sometimes. Its refreshing to see other ppl on the board with the same issue.
When you really think about it, we get the best of both worlds. : )
