Blue Hawaiian. When I make them at parties, always a favorite, I add to the mix on top, a splash of Martini & Rossi Asti.

When I want a quick bomb I get a Three Wise Men. Jack Daniel's, Jose Cuervo, and Jim Beam. On the rocks. Try it.

Also, chocolate cake shooter: Stoli Limon + Frangelico in a shooter. Down it, then suck on a sugar coated lemon. Mmm, where'd that chocolate flavor come from?

Stinger--brandy & creme de menthe over crushed ice; I prefer it with a wedge of lime.

It's pathetic that I have to tell bartenders these days how to make it.
