Mindcore, thanks for the link but I'd probably get a S4 Avant and convert it before getting the Mazda wagon. 
Then again I'd just stay with getting the M3 if I had to do that much work!!!
Look at these lovely Recaro Seats you get with the RS4...
Scot, you are correct... the car would be warranty-less. Which is kind of a bummer but I'm hoping the Audi build quality is up to par. Fit and finish in a co-worker's S4 seemed really good.
