I'm really confused now..I don't know which color M3 I should order? I'm more into yellow and white now, but I've always wanted a blue car. However, the Laguna Seca blue isn't the perfect blue I look for because it looks a bit like "baby blue" pastel color. Anyone knows how does Topaz blue look like or any color you think would look great on E46 M3?

NA-1 you have plenty of time to decide. #1, you will want to look at every color IN PERSON before you make your decision. My #1 choice for a long time was Phoenix Yellow but it wasn't until I saw it in person did really like it... too many pictures on the net varied in color based on camera settings and lighting conditions.

Personally I like the white too, it's my 2nd choice. If I got that it would be with Cinnamon or Red interior.

My take on Topaz Blue is, I like it sometimes, I hate it sometimes. Not as nice as Avus, Estoril or LeMans. It looks awful dirty (very flat) and it's very common. Go to your local BMW dealer and they should have something in Topaz since it's on all 3 series, the X5 series and I believe the Z series too. I wouldn't order it personally, but that MHO.

Check the bimmer.org e46 m3 board, someone posted a Topaz M3 picture last week.

I see too many ppl settle for a color that wasn't their first pic because it wasn't at that dealership. I think getting it in your first choice. Assuming it's a color that is actually manufactured. Go with what you like. It's your car and I don't expect you to let us drive you car and so who cares if we like the color or not?

Well I've not seen an M3 in person, but I have seen the Topaz Blue, and it's very pretty. If you've always wanted a blue car, and you don't like that baby blue one (I agree--I personally think it's nasty), then go Topaz.
