My take on the situation:

Congrats to the OP for marrying a CPA. Within 6-10 years a CPA can be easily in the 100-150k range in salary. I say...go the K-fed route pronto and knock the bitch up. Then play the Mr. Mom role. Make random phone calls while she is at work saying I love you and talking about the kids, and how she needs to go get the bread on the way home. Also, sometimes cry for no reason and just say, "I can't take it anymore!" Get her to feel guilty at least 2-3 times a month. Get a good allowance and take up golf.

Unfortunately, this is more about "dating" (read: "porking") than maintaining a marriage.

Tom has been married 4 times. Now, the less astute will ask "How does a 4 time 'loser' get away with marriage advice?" But the more astute will surmise that yes, he's made way more mistakes than you, and therefore, is MORE qualified to talk about what DOESN'T work (vs. someone who's successful).

Let me say it again; check your pre-nup, lawyer up. . . and, what's the OP's age?!?!?!
That is by far the most funniest thing i have ever read.

I agree, but unfortunately thats the society we live in, women can do no wrong and its always the mans fault it seems. I think this whole idea is bullshit and I agree with Tom on many levels. Countless times I have seen a woman make a perfectly good man look like a total bastard just because he is not giving into her about kids, new SUV, new house, toys she wants, not entertaining her enough etc.... Makes me sick to see gals do this to my brothaz. I hope things turn out good for the OP, shame to see a girl do this to a good bro. And for those of you who regularly deal with high maintenance bitches, you know how they can play the games to make a good dude look bad.

Me personally, I dont ever let it get that far, the second she starts her shit with me, I tell her, "If youre going to be a bitch, you can leave.". Girls are masters at making you look like the bad guy and no amount of arguing will win you other wise.

Its like what my friend has always told me, you can never win an argument with a woman because if the woman knows shes in the wrong, she will try to think she's in the right. its like talking to a brick wall

Do yourself a favor and cut your losses. If it's that bad after 4 months, I can only imagine how bad it will be later on.

My trick is to immediatly treat them like shit as soon as they start to get upset. The girl I'm tagging right now is like a puppet. She knows that if she gives me attitude that she wont hear from me for days.

Some tips...

Never look into their eyes for more than 2 seconds.
Never initiate sex and turn it down every couple days.
Lie for no reason. ALOT
Bang her so hard her eyes cross.
Never ever hold hands.
Bang her friends (keep that one on the the DL)

thanks for all the responses guys...some more than others.

i'm 25 and she is 23. the thing is, i've never been really romantic. i know she would just like it once in a while. everything else is fine in the relationship. you are right though, i have to nip it in the bud now. i honestly dont mind doing some nice things once in a while but she cant get mad at me for not doing anything.
