I got -7 just by tucking my rear tire. You wont' need a camber kit if you're slamming it.
I dont' have any pics of -7 camber. I didn't even know i had that much til i took it to the alignment shop and asked the tech to tell me how much camber was currently on the car before "correcting" it. I also told him to give me -3 camber, but he said the lowest he could go was -3.5
And no it was not that massive of a tuck..i just tucked the top of the tire:

if u run negative 3 in the back, what do you guys usally set your toe setting to? is it still at 0? what about the front let say if u set it to -2 camber.. i have no clue when it comes to toe.. thanks for the help im bout to camber mine this weekend
Tire wear will definitely improve with a good alignment in which your toe isn't all jacked up. Just run the factory spec for toe and you'll be fine. I've run almost -3 up front and almost -3.5 in the rear and they insides don't really wear that much more than the outsides. A little bit but the tires are easily lasting me 15000 miles if not more.

Yeah it just pisses me off when I see the outside brand new and the inside gone, so to put my mine to ease I flip 'um
