No the fender lip is rolled and then heated up a lot and pulled out. It's basically just pushing up the folded fender lip towards the top of the fender. Instead of going back and forth with the fender roller, you are going back and forth and pulling towards yourself at the same time.

gottit, just looks like the fender got a little wider, but i suppose that happens when you bend the arch upward until you are horizontal (which no one would ever do).

didn't have to repaint the fender right?
