FRONT: 205/40/17 streched on 8JJ, 35 offset + 7mm spacer for Brembo brakes = 28 offset , 1.3 degrees negative chamber, stock fenders
REAR: 245/40/17 9JJ, 38 offset, 2.7 negative chamber - cutting fenders, moving the bumper fittings

Have no rubbing at all

 

Can I run 17x8.5 +48 front and back on 245/40/r17 tires without any rubbing? I plan on tracking with this setup.

 

I think you can for sure, but what chamber are you going to run?
But the best answer you'll get only if you put these specs on your car
