17x7.5 +50 17x9 +63 with 215/255 tires.

Yea after already placing the order I realized from doing a little reading I could have gotten away with running a 225 but I figure the size is what comes on a CR so I'll be alright.

You'll be fine, just order some bigger ones next time. I run 235 front 255 rear on mine and I like it.

That's tough to say. I think some of the Volks are powdercoated at the factory
