As far as fender clearance, it's all about what you're comfortable with. I'm running 255's all around, and I pulled the top of the front wheel under the fenders using the Origin Offset UCA bushings. You can run the wheels without them, but they sit to close to the fenders for my comfort, and personally I think it looks better when the front wheels sit underneath the fenders similar to the rears. Outside of that you'll want the standard roll, liner trim, and camber. I'm running -2.8 in the picture above.

Here is a direct before/after of what the bushings do to the top of the wheel relative to the fender.

any inner upper frame rubbering

Yes. I have the Wedsport SA-72R in 17x9.5 +47 and will rub the inner upper frame up front under hard compression while turning. Specifically at Chuckwalla in the banked bowl and Streets of Willow Springs also in the banked bowl - in both turns i'm pulling around 1.6Gs according to my AIM SOLO. I usually run around -3.2 camber up front. I've run the setup with both the lower offset ball joint and have run it with the offset origin style bushings (bought the baero version).

Thanks for sharing. I am looking forward to the 10J wheel with the highest offset without any inner upper frame rubbing. According to my understanding, the UCA offset bushing will reduce the inner clearance. Currently, I have the Apex wheel with 17x10+48ET wheels. I have a 25mm Roll center correction lower offset ball joint from JS Racing S2. This will rub the Upper Inner Frame.
