that same exact model goes for about 200 hundred cheaper on ebay. just search for 3m 1080.

From what I understand about vinyl, the only issue was with cold climates making the vinyl crack. I assume that the higher quality wraps (3m DiNoc, etc.) would aleviate this. I have an uncle who has a clear bra (same thing as a wrap, but clear) and he has no problems at all.

For installs some tint shops do it (it goes on the same way) or your local sign shops, but hey, DIY is probably the way to go since it is pretty inexpensive. A squeegee, a heat gun and Saturday afternoon will surely stretch your dollar.
