What do I need to do to make these completely rub free? I've tried searching the thread for a specific answer but to no avail, so if someone could help that would be fantastic.

thats correct... front is 70.1 and rears are 64.1 for s2000. RSX has 64.1 bore size. So rear will fit but not front

Unless you're monster trucking at stock height you're never going to be completely rub free with 20mm rears and 255 star specs in the rear. I've rolled/slight flare, trimmed the bumper, relocated the bolt and run 3* camber but still rub under big compression.

Are you lowered? fits fine if your in stock suspension. If lowered, might need rear rolling.

@nice_tan - It might be somewhere in here but believe me I've had a decent look, and I just don't have time to trawl through all 40 pages. If it's the most common set up then I'm sure me asking will benefit someone in the future.
edit: I plan to lower maybe an 1 to 1.25 inches on KWV3s.

^^ I am running 15mm front and 17mm rears and about a 1 finger gap all around 225/255s and the rear definitely rubs on highway bumps. The front used to rub on highway bumps specifically on the inner liner plugs that hold the fender liner in. I just removed the plugs they were hitting and it doesn't rub now. I'm trying to avoid rolling the rears as rolling the quarter panels is irreversible. If you are ok with rolling anyways you might as well do it for peace of mind.
I have pics of mine a few pages back if you want an example. Once you bolt them on you're not gunna want to remove them.

I was -1.5 front and -2 rear... and no rub, but then again i had 215/245 tires.... tire type also makes a big difference..
either way, your car looks great! 15mm front and 17mm rear is perfect as it can be imo!
