It was extremely easy. a 20T press pushes them out with ease. All you need is a helping hand to keep the arm/bushings lined up with the press while you pump and a single bushing can be done in 5 minutes (pressing old one out and new one in).

It's hard to say because at the same time that i put the Mugen bushings in, i swapped my 18K springs for 14K springs. The car feels really good though, so no complaints from me. It's not overly rough, but then again, my tolerance is higher than most.... most of my s2k ownership has been with either 16K or 18K on my Teins.
