OK guys, the summer is starting to wind down [ a bit ] ! And the last time I checked, most of you had still not brought out your cars to try autocrossing yet. The ASCC guys have event #5 scheduled at the Goodyear Tech center on this Sunday [ August 24th ]. I will be out there with the S [ and its complement of race rubber and new sway bar], so come on out and try this amazingly fun sport ! [ you can tell that I have been away tooo long ]. Carmen, auto X will not hurt the S. It is a blast with this car. I have been in and out of this sport for about 15 years and have never broken anything. As far as tires go, I have 4300 miles on the S now and my rears are at the 1/2 way point. Also, Auto X is one of the safest environment to learn and practice car control.
