Thanks

Sounds like fun, I will try and make it if I am in town !

John

P.S. parking can really be a pain for this event. I used to live pretty
close also. One year my wife and I decided to walk to the
show with our young daughter who was not really walking
yet. So we took a stroller for her. On the way out, one of
the stoller wheels broke off on the uneven sidewalk on
Garman Rd. Made for a long walk home pushing that 3 wheeled
buggy !

Hey John, I live on the other sde of Stan Hwyet, off of Merriman Road. Because parking is a pain we can all park at my place - I have plenty of room in my driveway. It is about a mile walk. I suggested starting early, when the show opens at 9am for 3 reasons - 1) this is when the cars parade in and its cool to see them actually running - especially the cars from the 1900's and 1910's 2) If we do want to park close we could get spots on the side streets that are very safe. and 3) We can still see the show, do a drive, have a quick bite and be done by early afternoon.

We won't be showing our cars, this is a classic show - cars have to be at least 25 years old.

Hope you can join in!!

Getting there early sounds like a good plan. Last time I got
there kind of late and did get to see some of the "big guys" start
the drive home. Some pretty spectacular cars and they even
run !
